Burning Man / Labor Day Week Rental Rates
Minimum Length of Motorhome Rentals - 1 week
Security Deposit / Cleaning Fee - $1,300.00 (refundable under certain conditions)
Preparation
Fee - $129.00
Generator Charge - 15 hrs prepaid @ $3.00/hr (unused hrs are refunded)
Propane Charge
- $4.00/Day, $28.00/Week
Reservation Requirements:
Reservations made
over 30 days in advance require 50% of the total rental cost to be paid at that time (non refundable*).
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the rental start date. (non refundable*) Reservations made less than 30 days prior to the rental start date require the full rental cost to be paid at that
time (non refundable*).
*Non refundable down payments may be used for a future rental. Please note that the Burning Man week rental rates listed below do not include the charges
above.

Burning Man Cleaning/Security Deposit Refund Requirements To receive your cleaning/security of $1300.00 back, your unit must be returned totally CLEAN.
