What is your minimum rental period?
We have a 3 day minimum rental period for most of the year.
Holiday weekends are a 4 day minimum rental period. During the summer season, between June and September, 7 day rentals
are preferred but not mandatory.
What are your hours?
We are open 9a.m. - 5 p.m. Mon. - Fri. On Saturdays, we are there by appointment and as needed. We are closed
on Sundays. Occasionally a Sunday pick up or drop off is allowed however we would charge an extra $95 as we have to bring
someone in on their day off.
What are your pick-up and drop-off times?
Normal pick-up times are from 2 PM to 5 PM.
Normal drop-off times are from 9 AM to 11 AM. Extended times can sometimes be arranged, however you are subject
to possible late fees if you return the RV late and you will definately be charged for another day if you are more than 2
hours late or if another rental is scheduled to go out at 2pm on your drop off day and you have returned late. Please
call to verify your scheduled arrival time for pick-up and drop-off.
Is mileage included in the rental
price?
100
free miles are included for each rental day. For example, a 3 day rental would include 300 miles, a 7 day rental would
include 700 miles. Additional miles are charged at 32 cents per mile.
Are there any additional
charges?
Yes, there can be
additional charges. See Terms & Conditions for details.
Do I need a special license to drive an RV?
No. A normal, valid driver's license allows you to drive any RV that is
40 ft. or less in length. However, you do need to be at least 25 years of age or older.

What if I'm not
familiar with operating an RV?
When you pick up the RV, we do
a complete inside and outside walk through with you to familiarize you with the RV.
What kind of gas mileage
can I expect?
You can expect 8 - 10 miles
per gallon depending on the RV, the terrain you are driving over, your speed, and your own driving habits.
Are there late fees for returning the RV late?
We will sometimes
charge late fees, depending on how late you are. If another rental is booked to go out on your return date, then we
will definately charge a late fee. See Terms & Conditions for details.
Can I tow a trailer or a car behind the RV?
Towing a car is not allowed. You may tow a boat or light trailer as long as you are experienced at towing and can
provide the braking system and required insurance and you do not exceed the hitch rating limits. Note: If you are using
MBA Insurance, the coverages do not extend to the towed trailer or boat.
Are there any extra fees for towing?
Yes, towing fees for a boat or trailer are a flat rate of $12 per day. This covers the extra
wear & tear on the transmission.
Is there a down payment required to secure my reservation?
Yes. We require $300.00 down payment to secure
a reservation.
What if I encounter problems with the RV during my trip?
We have a national 1-800 telephone number and you may call us 24 hours/day with any questions or problems while on
your trip. You MUST call us to get pre-authorization before having any repairs made or you will not be reimbursed.
Am I responsible for cleaning the RV?
The RV should be returned as clean as when you picked it up. If it is not, you will be charged $85
each for cleaning fees for inside, outside and if necessary, carpet cleaning. Every rental unit includes a Housekeeping Kit to assist you in maintaining its cleanliness.
Do you allow one-way rentals?
No. We do not offer any one-way rentals.
Are refunds given for unused
days?
NO. There are no refunds for unused days if you
decide to return early.
