Minimum Rental Requirements
We have a 3 day minimum rental period for most of the year. Holiday weekends are a 4 day minimum rental period.
During the summer season, between June and September, 7 day rentals are preferred but not mandatory. Labor Day rentals are
generally a one week minimum, and increased rates apply to Burning Man rentals. Click on our Burning Man heading for

RESTRICTIONS:
NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed
in any of our RVs. If this is not adhered to, you will forfeit your security deposit plus you will be charged for any
damage or smoke odor removal costs.
Our RVs are NOT allowed to go to Mexico or Alaska. Trips to
Canada are permitted as long as we are notified in advance.
Labor Day Week / Burning Man - Increased rates apply
We accept cash, certified checks, MasterCard and Visa only - no American Express or Discover. We do not accept checks on pick up day.
Mileage
100
miles per day of rental are included in the price of each rental. Additional miles are charged at 32 cents per mile.
Additional Charges
Water Tanks
The motorhome must be returned with emptied gray and black water tanks to avoid a $25 dump fee. You do not need to refill
the fresh water.
Propane
Charges
$4.00 per day in summer / $5.00 per day in winter, is charged for propane usage in lieu
of having to refill the propane tank upon your return. For extended rental periods (over 2 weeks) the RV
may be returned with a full tank instead.
Fuel
The RV must be returned with the same amount of fuel you left
with to avoid a $25.00 filling fee plus the cost of fuel.
Generator Usage
Generator use is charged at $3.00 per hour
on a Hobbs meter, and is calculated upon your return.
Bedding, and other supplies
Our comprehensive Housekeeping Kit is included at no extra charge, except for pillows, towels, and bedding. These can be provided for a $35.00 per person
fee to cover laundering and/or dry cleaning. Please ask about these, if needed, when you are reserving your RV rental.
Bike racks are available for a $25.00 flat fee.
Security Deposit
At the time that you pick up the RV, a security deposit of $500 to $1,000, depending on
your insurance deductible, will be processed as an authorization hold on your credit card and held for
the duration of your rental. In lieu of a credit card, a cash deposit is also acceptable.
Down Payment
A $300 down payment is required
to reserve your rental, and is applied to your total rental cost.
Pet Policy
No cats allowed. Dogs require prior notification as well as a $25 fee per dog, per trip (2
dogs maximum). The owner is responsible for all clean-up and any damage.
Insurance
Most insurance companies will cover you for the rental of an RV through your own vehicle policy, either for free or
for a nominal cost. We will provide you or your agent with the specifics of the motorhome and the agent must then provide
us with a binder of insurance naming the year, make, model, and Vin# of the RV you are renting, as well as naming
our company as additional insured. You must have full collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage.
In lieu of this, there is
insurance available on the Internet through MBA Insurance for $17.00 - $28.00 per day, depending on the value of the RV chosen,
plus a one time $10 processing fee You can purchase this insurance at www.MBAchoice.com Please ask us for our policy number and the series of RV that you will be renting before trying to purchase this
insurance. We must be notified before pick up that you are choosing this option.
Late Fees
Unless we have agreed to extend the return time, a late
fee will be assessed. Keep in mind that the motorhome may be booked to go out again on another rental on the same day
that you are due to return it. You must call and alert us if you will be returning later than your 11a.m. drop off time.
Towing
Towing fees for towing a trailer or boat are charged at a flat rate of $12 per day. Towing a car is not
allowed. Please note that if you have chosen the MBA Insurance option, the coverages for the rented RV do not extend to the
towed trailer or boat so your own insurance must cover the towed item.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 30 days in advance of your reservation, you will be charged
a $95.00 processing fee and will be refunded the balance of your down payment.
If you cancel within 30 days of your reservation,
you will be charged the entire down payment.
We will, however, allow the option of applying the entire down payment or
processing fee to a future rental within one year of your original booking.
